Set in the breathtaking rural landscape of Australias most iconic lifestyle destination, Byron Riana offers its visitors stunning ocean & hinterland views, comfort, space and privacy with its abundance of indoor/outdoor living. The sandstone clad residence is approximately 1,000 square meters over three levels and designed & built in an eclectic/rustic style that includes marble flooring and hand carved stone & wooden features throughout.
The spacious living areas and bedrooms provide guests with direct access to balconies and gardens. The residence is comprised of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (2 en suites, 2 guest bathrooms), an open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, a large pool with cabana, multiple indoor and outdoor entertainment & dining areas as well as BBQ facilities. The estate provides for general parking of up to 10 vehicles plus undercover parking for 2 cars.
Byron Riana is equipped to accommodate guests for every season with the added warmth & comfort of a large indoor wood fire heater for the cooler months. Guests may also rug up with their favourite beverage by the outdoor fire-pit on those chilly winter nights.

Enjoy the large, custom designed Arabian-style lounge, commonly known as the 'Majlis' with its imported Arabian fabrics, hand made Persian carpets and wood fireplace This gorgeous feature ties together the formal living room, amongst unique hand-carved features.

Take a dip in the alluring Mediterranean inspired pool and relax under the shade of its stylish cabana. The surrounding garden is perfect for an array of activities; whether it’s catching a tan, having a BBQ, games, sports or yoga - you can have it all at Riana.

Byron Bay is notorious for its luscious blue beaches and has attracted surfers and swimmers from all around the world. Whilst you're in the area, be sure to check out some of the most beautiful beach spots including Wategos, Little Wategos, Clarkes and Tallows. Belongil Beach (pictured to the left) is also another great spot on the way into Byron. The beautiful beaches aren't just limited to the Byron Bay area, be sure to check out the beaches in Lennox Head as well as its famous Tea Tree Lake.
